The technician took the time to explain our repair needs and then efficiently completed them. Yelp had a coupon that was happily honored and my debit card payment was a quick painless transaction. After which I received a receipt of my transaction in my email and also a itemized receipt of the repairs and material costs.

I called one day prior and they fit me in quickly with a morning appointment at my request. With a two hour window I can respect. Most places lean closer to 4 hours and that is just not acceptable if you have any type of job or responsibility outside of the home.

I recommend this company and will gladly do business with them again.”

I called around and Josh was one of the guys I talked to. He said they were booked up for Saturday but he’d call me back if something opened up. Because I was desperate, I kept looking and another company said they could come out later that evening so I decided to go with them. Josh actually did call back to tell me he could fit me in but I told him another company was coming. Navigating COVID-19

We are still open as an essential business

To our valued customers,

Recent news about COVID-19 is unfortunate for many of our customers and our local businesses. As we continue to learn more about COVID-19 and as other businesses start the Pause phase of the recent Executive Order, our team at Garage Door Repair Company would like to express our concern for all those who have been affected. Our employees and our customers are our top priority , and we are doing everything we can to ensure the health and safety of each.

We have been closely monitoring the situation since it began and fully support all precautions being taken to prevent any further spread of the virus. Garage Door Repair Company has remained open and in full operation as we understand how important it may be to your daily lives to have a fully functional Garage Door. We continue to follow the plan we set in place in March when this pandemic began and will continue to do so. These are the changes we have made to our policies to help prevent the spread:

  • Our technicians will practice social distancing rather than shaking hands at the door.
  • Estimates and repair recommendations will be done remotely or over the phone while our customers stay inside or quarantined.
  • Preferably all payments will be made by credit card rather than by check.
  • We will continue to clean up after ourselves, wash our hands, and use hand sanitizer often.

The nature of our industry allows us a lot of flexibility in these times as most of our technicians are working in one to two man crews which is well under the guidelines that have been laid out before us. We even have the ability to complete all work without any face to face interactions and take payments over the phone.
