Professional Garage Door Repair in St Paul

When a garage door is fully functioning, it runs so well. Many of our clients, however, don’t realize how much is involved in a working garage door. Due to this complexity of a garage door, there will be times when repairs are needed. The good news for you is that your repair experts at Garage Door Repair Company can handle all of your repair needs both big and small. Some of the common repairs that our customers call us for assistance on include:

Faulty Battery – Yes, your issue may be as simple as replacing the batteries. Quite often, the battery is the issue with your faulty garage door.
Power Issues – Has a breaker gone out or did the garage power cord come loose? This is another simple repair that we often get calls about.
The Lock Button – There is a lock button on garage door openers. If the lock is in place on the remote, the garage likely will not open. We’ll walk you through resetting the lock button to see if that’s the issue.
Sensor Damage – There’s a lot that can cause the sensors of your garage door to become misaligned. If they aren’t properly aligned, your garage door will not function properly. We can help get your sensors back into working order.
Wiring – Worn down, chewed on or damaged wires could be the issue you are dealing with. If so, let our garage repair experts replace any damaged wires.
Springs – Dealing with the extension and torsion springs should only be completed by professionals. We can take care of replacing and repairing your springs with ease.
Cables – If there’s damage to your garage cables, you need to seek assistance promptly as this is what holds all the weight of your garage door.

As you can see, there are quite a few things that can go wrong with a garage door. Rather than trying to tackle these repairs on your own, leave it up to our garage door repair experts. Navigating COVID-19

We are still open as an essential business

To our valued customers,

Recent news about COVID-19 is unfortunate for many of our customers and our local businesses. As we continue to learn more about COVID-19 and as other businesses start the Pause phase of the recent Executive Order, our team at Rise & Shine Garage Doors would like to express our concern for all those who have been affected. Our employees and our customers are our top priority , and we are doing everything we can to ensure the health and safety of each.

We have been closely monitoring the situation since it began and fully support all precautions being taken to prevent any further spread of the virus. Rise & Shine Garage Doors has remained open and in full operation as we understand how important it may be to your daily lives to have a fully functional Garage Door. We continue to follow the plan we set in place in March when this pandemic began and will continue to do so. These are the changes we have made to our policies to help prevent the spread:

  • Our technicians will practice social distancing rather than shaking hands at the door.
  • Estimates and repair recommendations will be done remotely or over the phone while our customers stay inside or quarantined.
  • Preferably all payments will be made by credit card rather than by check.
  • We will continue to clean up after ourselves, wash our hands, and use hand sanitizer often.

The nature of our industry allows us a lot of flexibility in these times as most of our technicians are working in one to two man crews which is well under the guidelines that have been laid out before us. We even have the ability to complete all work without any face to face interactions and take payments over the phone.

We thank you for working with us as we navigate this situation.

With kind regards,

Josh Dutcher and Alex Johantgen

Rise & Shine Garage Doors Team
