When leaving the house you don’t always look back to make sure that the Garage Door has closed because you rely on your Garage Door Opener to keep working every day and you never really can predict when your Opener may finally run its last cycle. In Vadnais Heights, MN we had a customer where their Garage Door Opener would no longer close or open consistently, they were moving back home after working in another state and needed to have access to their Garage Door so that it was easier to move their things in to the house. We were able to have a technician out to her location within two hours and were able to install a brand new LiftMaster Professional Garage Door Opener.

We often take the ability to operate our garage doors from our cars for granted. It is not until a homeowner has a Malfunctioning Garage Door that they realize just how much convenience this adds to their day to day lives. When you have to get out of your car to open and close your garage door by hand you may come to find this is not something you want to do every day. This was recently the case for one of our Bloomington, MN customers. This customer had an old Genie Garage Door Opener that had stopped working all together. It was determined that the logic board on the opener had fried. Due to the age of the opener, it was decided that Full Garage Door Opener Replacement was the most cost effective option.
Recently we came across an opener that had been working great for years and then all of a sudden the door would only work if the remotes were within a couple feet of the garage door opener. This can often be the issue if a bad battery is being used in the remote, but what has been becoming more common is Frequency Interference. This can be caused by a multitude of reasons and is and extremely tough problem to resolve without changing either the radio board or the entire opener. After going over all the options it was decided that replacement opener that runs on a new frequency would be the best bet.
